By using the Alert app (developer: dimart), you agree to the terms below.

1. 1. Purpose

   Alert is an informational app that shows air raid alert status. It is not an official alert system (see Disclaimer).

2. 2. “As is” use

   The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. 3. Subscriptions & purchases

   The “Support the Project” section offers paid subscriptions (weekly/monthly) and one-time donations. Any successful payment (subscription or donation) permanently disables ads for that user. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

4. 4. Advertising

   The free tier of the app shows ads via Google AdMob.

5. 5. Prohibited use

   You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or use the app in a way that harms its operation or other users.

6. 6. Limitation of liability

   The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use (or inability to use) of the app, including missed or delayed notifications.

7. 7. Changes to these terms

   Terms may change over time; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
